Rubric Resources
Our new student group management platform, Rubric, also serves as the main portal for UASU involvement at the University of Alberta!
Club Involvement Portal
Student group executives can complete annual registration, submit events, manage their membership, sell tickets, message their members, and more via Rubric! Use your club account to log in.
Help Centre
Rubric’s knowledge base contains articles on how to use the platform, from starting up to taking payments. You can also submit a ticket if you are experiencing technical difficulties!

Student Life Central, SUB 0-81:
SGS works closely with the support of UASU InfoLink. They take on a lot of our front-facing correspondence and tasks, allowing us to help student groups with greater challenges and ideas. They are the quickest way to get an answer if you’re unsure about anything, and if they don’t have the answer, they’ll know exactly where to direct you!
Drop-in Advising: Got a question that InfoLink doesn't have an answer to? Ask for an SGS staff member at the Student Life Central desk! We're available 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday; just check in using the QR code at the desk. Please note that we will do our best to have a staff member onsite to assist you, but we may need a minute to make ourselves available. If you need more time with a staff member, you can also book an appointment.

With so many student groups to help oversee, we understand that from time to time you'll have questions that aren't answered anywhere in writing! For those times when you need a longer advising session or something outside of our drop in hours, book an appointment to see us via Calendly!
