Office & Storage Space

Applications for storage are open, but the Student Group Office program is still suspended.
When we have further updates to this program, they will be communicated through the SGS Newsletter. You can make sure you are subscribed to the newsletter here.
If your student group is recognized by the SU then you are eligible for student group office and storage space! All the offices and lockers are located in the basement level of SUB, and contracts are signed yearly.

SGS wants to make Student Group storage space accessible to groups large and small! If you're curious about payment assistance or your group doesn't have access to a cheque book but wants to rent storage units, get in touch with us. We'd love to chat and find a solution that works best for you group.
Applications for storage typically open in May, and groups can begin moving in in June. Groups will be expected to move out of their storage locker by the end of April.
How to apply for student storage space:
1. Log into BearsDen using your CCID
2. Click on the tab labelled "Forms"
3. Choose the form labelled "2023-24 Student Group Storage Space Application"
4. Fill it out and click SUBMIT
5. DONE!
