The Official 2024 Student Winter Games

Registration for AntiFreeze 2024 is now open!

Registering your team for AntiFreeze 2024 is a simple three step process:

  1. Submit your roster online using the UASU Events Network. You will be given the option to save your partially completed roster so don’t fret if you aren’t able to do it in one go!

  2. Once the online roster is completed, submit the sheet to the network. It will send you a finished sheet that can be printed off.

  3. Print the confirmation page and bring it to SUB (Students’ Union Building) 2-900 with your team's registration payment. Our office is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Please Note: You can still make changes to your team after you have printed off your roster. On the "Submit and Print" page, there is an additional link that will prompt you to make changes to your roster. If you think there is a chance that you will be making changes, hold off on submitting your payment for your team until it is completely finalized. Once paid, we are unable to process refunds (but can accommodate for player swaps).

Registration closes when the maximum of 40 teams have registered.

Guidelines for Creating Your Team

  1. There must be at least 8 people on your roster.
  2. There can only be a maximum of 12 players on your roster
  3. Only University of Alberta students can play in the AntiFreeze Winter Games.

The cost for AntiFreeze 2024 is $10 per player. This fee is due in full when you come to SUB 2-900 to submit your filled-out roster. We will be accepting payments in the form of cash, cheque, and debit or credit card.

Late Players

Have you paid already but want to add another player to your roster? Have them fill out this late player registration form and bring it to the Students’ Union Administration Desk (SUB 2-900) between 9:00AM and 4:00PM with the $10 payment.
