2019 Strategic Plan

Bylaw 4000, passed by Students’ Council in March 2011, requires the SU to "develop, maintain, and use" a Strategic Plan, which will be renewed every four years.

The Strategic Plan is currently up for renewal, and for the past several months, the Students' Union executives and staff, working with students’ councilors and students-at-large, has going going through the process of developing a new Strategic Plan.

The first section of the document includes the Students’ Union’s Mission, Values and Vision, or "What we do, Where We Are Going, and What Guides Us." The second section includes four Critical Success Factors or "Themes," each of which has a number of goals that must be achieved in order for the organization to succeed in meeting its mission and vision.
