Important Information regarding Cancellation of the CCR

After careful deliberation, we have decided to discontinue the University of Alberta Co-curricular Record.

The Students’ Union has made this decision based on the value of the program to students, and on its cost. We believe that the funding needed to continue to deliver the program will be better spent supporting student involvement, and helping students understand the resources that are available.

Effective immediately, experiences can no longer be added to the CCR, and the last day you will be able to request information is April 30, 2018.

  • If you are looking for support in conveying the valuable skills that you have developed through your campus engagement, we encourage you to visit the Career Centre.

  • If you would like to access the information regarding your record, please email uofaccr@ualberta.ca. The last day you will be able to request information is April 30, 2018. Please note: Experiences are no longer being added to the CCR.

  • If you are looking for recognition of your involvement, check out the awards offered by the Students’ Union (applications open in April) and the University of Alberta Registrar's Office.
