Safewalk postering services
Safewalk offers a poster distribution service to University departments, businesses, student groups, and other organizations related to student and campus life.
Safewalk's new payment system offers a single, reduced rate to all groups. Please include your budget information when you submit a request.

After you submit poster request form, Safewalk staff will look over it to confirm that it fits our guidelines. We will then contact you, asking you to drop your posters off at the Student Life Central desk in the Lower Level of SUB (0-81 SUB). Please do not drop your posters off at the desk until you receive a confirmation email from Safewalk staff.
The Student Life Central desk is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays.
Please allow one week per 100 posters. If the service is very busy with clients and/or other poster orders, your order may not be accepted. To avoid this, please book your poster request two to three weeks in advance.
If you have multiple types of posters to be displayed, or want them spread over more than one week, we can do that. Each order can have up to four different styles of posters in it. Feel free to book multiple posters at once for a lower price. There is a section in the order form to select when you want the posters distributed.

Safewalk will not poster in restricted buildings, these are building that require additional permissions in order to put up posters. These buildings and the locations permission can be obtained is as follows:
- Engineering Teaching and Learning Complex (ETLC), Mechanical Engineering, Natural Resources Engineering Facility (NREF), Chemical Engineering. Permission for these building can be obtained at the GEER Store in the Engineering Teaching and Learning Complex
- Agriculture and Forestry - 2-06 Agriculture/Forestry Centre
- Business - Carruthers Student Commons
- Education - Education Faculty Office, Education North Building
- Humanities - OASIS General Office
- Lister Centre, HUB Mall, UofA Residence Buildings - Lister Student Services
Please ensure you are following all of the university guideline procedures for postering. These can be found here. Safewalk is not responsible for reimbursement of postering fees if posters provided to them do not meet the required permission for postering on campus and are removed.
