SUBcreation Space
New to the Students' Union Building. You can now book the SUBcreation Space for Audio Visual projects such as podcasts, photo shoots and filming.
This space is available for use by students, student groups, and University of Alberta departments.
Students and student groups can book the space for two free bookings per week of up to two hours each.
Bookings for University and affiliate organizations will be subject to “On Campus” per hour rate ($40.00/hour) for the duration of the booking.
To book the SUBcreation space, please visit InfoLink at Student Life Central. The space is available 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday not including statutory holidays. We recommend booking in advance.
NOTE: This space is NOT soundproof
InfoLink: Your Campus Connection and the University of Alberta Students' Union do not offer tech support for the room and its equipment. We recommend being familiar with equipment use before booking the room for a project.
Want to Rent Our Camera?
If you're booking the SUBcreation Space you can also rent out our Nikon D7200 at Student Life Central. It comes with a 35 mm and 50 mm lens. Remember to save your data before returning the camera. Memory cards will be formatted when the camera is returned.
