Postering Services
Safewalk offers a poster distribution service to University departments, businesses, student groups, and other organizations related to student and campus life.

We are currently not in service and cannot accept postering requests at this time! The priority of our service is ensuring walks for clients are fulfilled first, and postering may not be available during busy times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pricing
Safewalk's new payment system offers a single, reduced rate to all groups. Please include your budget information when you submit a request.

After Booking an Order
After you submit poster request form, Safewalk staff will look over it to confirm that it fits our guidelines. We will then contact you, asking you to drop your posters off at the Student Life Central desk in the Lower Level of SUB (0-81 SUB). Please do not drop your posters off at the desk until you receive a confirmation email from Safewalk staff.

Timing
Please allow one week per 100 posters. If the service is very busy with clients and/or other poster orders, your order may not be accepted. To avoid this, please book your poster request two to three weeks in advance.
Distribution
If you have multiple types of posters to be displayed, or want them spread over more than one week, we can do that. Each order can have up to four different styles of posters in it. Feel free to book multiple posters at once for a lower price. There is a section in the order form to select when you want the posters distributed.

These are the guidelines Safewalk follows when it comes to postering. If you would like us to poster in restricted buildings (such as HUB, SUB or ETLC), you will need to get the posters approved prior to bringing them to the Safewalk office.

Please ensure you are following all of the university guideline procedures for postering. These can be found here. Safewalk is not responsible for reimbursement of postering fees if posters provided to them do not meet the required permission for postering on campus and are removed.
