Speaker of Students' Council

The Speaker is the presiding officer of all meetings of Students' Council.
The Speaker is appointed annually by, and reports directly to, Students' Council. The Speaker facilitates discussion and debate, makes rulings on parliamentary procedure, and helps to facilitate Students' Council in fulfilling its legislative mandate. The Speaker is a non-voting member of Students' Council.
Le président est le dirigeant qui préside toutes les réunions du conseil étudiant.
Le président est nommé chaque année par le conseil étudiant et rend compte directement à ce dernier. Le président facilite la discussion et le débat, prend des décisions sur la procédure parlementaire, et aide le conseil étudiant à remplir son mandat législatif. Le président est un membre sans droit de vote du conseil étudiant.
