DIE Board
The Discipline, Interpretation, and Enforcement Board (DIE Board) is the 'court' of the UASU, responsible for interpreting and enforcing the Bylaws of the Students' Union, and hearing appeals related to student elections. It meets only as required and operates at arm's length from all other parts of the UASU.

Under Bylaw 140, the DIE Board must be provided with necessary administrative support. A UASU Governance staff member is assigned to serve as DIE Board Registrar. This individual distributes form letters, assists with scheduling and record-keeping, and disseminates DIE Board decisions, but is not involved in any DIE Board deliberations. It is important that all DIE Board matters are kept at arm's length from the rest of the UASU.

- Hearing Application Form — Use this form if you wish to submit a Hearing Application to the DIE Board. You must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student at the University of Alberta.
- Respondent Form — Use this form if you are listed as a potential respondent in a Hearing Application and wish to be a respondent.
- Intervenor Status Application Form — Use this form if you are not listed as a potential respondent but have a reason to wish to be involved in a DIE Board case; see eligibility criteria in section 27 of the DIE Board Protocols.
