Coursepacks with copyright content need to complete and submit a copyright review form to the Copyright Office: email@example.com
All Coursepacks with copyright content must include either a complete Table of Contents with proper citation; author, selection title, source etc. or proper citation on each reading.
Please complete a Copyright Review Form for all Coursepacks containing previously published materials. The form is available on the Copyright Office's website.
The University will conduct a copyright review for printed Coursepacks before the Coursepack is printed.
