The House will normally be open 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

To purchase wheelchair accessible seating for events listed on Eventbrite, please call the Horowitz Theatre directly at (780) 492-4764. Wheelchair patrons and one guest can occupy seats together at a number of locations throughout main level. Please see our Seating Chart for information on where our accessible seating is located. Wheelchair seats are marked with a "W".

For events not listed online with Eventbrite, please purchase regular tickets (a wheelchair accessible seat plus a companion seat). Upon arrival to the Theatre, please speak with our staff who will be happy to assist you in getting seated.

As wheelchair seating is limited, additional group members are not guaranteed seating near the patron occupying the accessible seat. We will do our best to accommodate groups based on seating availability. Accessible parking is available in Stadium Car Park. An elevator from the parkade to a covered pedway will lead you directly to the West entrance of the Students' Union Building. Once you've arrived at the main entrance of the Horowitz Theatre (located towards the East end of the main floor of the Students' Union Building), our staff will assist with the elevator and help you find your seats.

The Horowitz Theatre does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons. Access to wheelchair seating requires the patron provide their own walker or wheelchair.
